Using Chamo

By installing, opening or using Chamo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chamo, and old enough under the laws of your country to enter into this agreement. If you use Chamo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, links and other content you bring into Chamo. You grant us a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of generating, displaying and storing your try-ons inside the app.

You are responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload photos of other people without their consent, and don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.

Generated images

Try-on results are AI-generated previews intended for personal use. They’re approximations — fit, colour and detail may differ from the real product. Don’t treat them as a guarantee of what an item will look like in person.

Acceptable use

• No content that is illegal, abusive, sexual involving minors, or hateful.
• No impersonation, harassment or non-consensual imagery of real people.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• No use of Chamo to build a competing product or dataset.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically on the schedule shown at purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play account. Refund eligibility is governed by the store’s policy.

Service availability

Chamo is offered as-is. Features may change, pause or end at any time as we improve the product or respond to operational issues.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Chamo and Digiquag are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Chamo any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service at risk. On account deletion, your data is removed in line with our Privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Chamo evolves. The latest version will always live at this URL. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
